Where's my piece?

Three ways to find out, fastest first:

  1. Your shipping email. The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number — click it any time for live status. (Check spam/promotions if you don't see it within 4 business days of ordering.)
  2. Your account. If you checked out with Shop Pay or created an account, your order history and tracking live under My Account.
  3. Ask us. Send us your order number and a real person will check on it and reply with a straight answer.

Reading your tracking like a pro

  • "Label created" for 2–3 days — normal. The first scan happens at the departure facility, not our packing table.
  • No movement for several days mid-route — also normal on international legs; packages often jump several checkpoints at once.
  • Stuck for 7+ days or marked delivered but missing? Contact us. Every shipment is insured — we'll trace it or replace it.
