Where's my piece?
Three ways to find out, fastest first:
- Your shipping email. The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number — click it any time for live status. (Check spam/promotions if you don't see it within 4 business days of ordering.)
- Your account. If you checked out with Shop Pay or created an account, your order history and tracking live under My Account.
- Ask us. Send us your order number and a real person will check on it and reply with a straight answer.
Reading your tracking like a pro
- "Label created" for 2–3 days — normal. The first scan happens at the departure facility, not our packing table.
- No movement for several days mid-route — also normal on international legs; packages often jump several checkpoints at once.
- Stuck for 7+ days or marked delivered but missing? Contact us. Every shipment is insured — we'll trace it or replace it.
