When will my order arrive?

We pack and ship within 3–4 business days, and most orders arrive within 10 business days. If a piece needs longer, it says so on the product page.

How much is shipping?

FREE insured, tracked shipping on US orders over $75. Under $75 it's calculated at checkout.

Where's my tracking number?

It's emailed the moment your order ships — usually within 3–4 business days of ordering. The first scan can take 2–3 days to appear; that's the departure facility, not a lost package.

My package seems stuck — what do I do?

If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days, or it says delivered and it isn't there, message us with your order number. Every shipment is insured — we'll trace it or replace it.

I need it by a specific date.

Returns

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery to send a piece back — unworn, in original packaging — for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong.

My item arrived damaged or wrong.

Send a photo and your order number on WhatsApp within 30 days — we'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover shipping both ways.

Product Questions

Will the gold fade or turn my neck green?

No — the Cuban line is 18K gold PVD over solid stainless steel, a bonded coating built for daily wear. Sweat, showers, and the gym are fine.

Is the moissanite real?

Yes — D-color VVS1 moissanite set in 925 sterling silver, and it tests positive on standard diamond testers. GRA certificate included where noted on the listing.

What size should I get?

Chains: 20"–22" fits most men — between lengths, go longer. Bracelets: measure your wrist and add about half an inch. Not sure? WhatsApp us a measurement and we'll pick with you.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Moissanite & 925 silver: warm water, a drop of dish soap, a soft brush. PVD gold steel: wear it hard, wipe with a soft cloth now and then. A care card ships with every order.
