30-day returns. No interrogation.

If a piece isn't what you hoped, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange it for another piece or size.

• Items should come back unworn and in their original packaging.
• Length or size wrong? Exchanges are free. This is the #1 reason gift orders come back, and we make it painless.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within a few business days of us receiving the return.

Contact us with your order number and what you'd like (refund or exchange). We'll send you the return steps directly — a human handles it, not a bot.

Lifetime warranty

Stones stay set. Plating stays bright. If a stone falls out of its setting or your plating fails under normal wear, message us with a photo and your order number — we'll repair or replace it. That's the promise; there's no clause 14b.

What the warranty doesn't cover: loss or theft, and damage from misuse (jewelry vs. concrete — the concrete wins).

Keep it looking new

• Moissanite & 925 silver: warm water, a drop of dish soap, a soft brush. Store in the pouch it arrived in.
• PVD gold-plated steel: it's built for daily wear — sweat, showers, the gym are fine. Wipe with a soft cloth now and then.
• Every order ships with a care card with these instructions.
