30-day returns. No interrogation.

If a piece isn't what you hoped, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

• Items should come back unworn and in their original packaging.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Return shipping is covered by you unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong — see below.

How to start a return

Contact us or message us on WhatsApp at (714) 623-9241 with your order number. We'll send you the return steps directly — a human handles it, not a bot.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days — we'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping both ways. You will never be asked to pay to send back something that arrived wrong. There's no clause 14b.

Getting the size right the first time

Sizing is the #1 reason jewelry goes back, so we'd rather you nail it up front than deal with a return at all:

• Chains: 20"–22" fits most men. Between lengths? Go longer — a Cuban should drape, not choke.
• Bracelets: measure your wrist and add about 0.5in / 1.5cm so it drapes rather than grips. Most women wear 6.7in / 17cm or 7.1in / 18cm.
• Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp before you order with a wrist or neck measurement and we'll tell you exactly which to pick.

Keep it looking new

• Moissanite & 925 silver: warm water, a drop of dish soap, a soft brush. Store in the pouch it arrived in.
• PVD gold-plated steel: it's built for daily wear — sweat, showers, the gym are fine. Wipe with a soft cloth now and then.
• Every order ships with a care card with these instructions.
