The honest timeline

We won't pretend to be Amazon. Here's exactly what happens after you order:

• Today: Your order is confirmed — you get an email immediately.
• Within 3–4 business days: Your piece is packed and shipped with a tracking number. (Our verified Whatnot average is 3-day handling across 29,500+ orders.)
• Typically 8–14 days after shipping: It's on your doorstep, gift-ready.

Total: most orders arrive within 1.5–2.5 weeks. If a piece needs longer (custom sizes, restocks), we say so on the product page — buyers hate surprises, not timelines.

Shipping costs

• FREE insured, tracked shipping on orders over $75 (US).
• Under $75: calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get your tracking number by email the moment your order ships. It can take 2–3 days for the first scan to appear — that's normal for the departure facility, not a lost package.

On a deadline?

Wedding, anniversary, birthday — if your date is close, contact us BEFORE you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it. We'd rather lose a sale than ruin an occasion.
